Gina Paolozzi
Nature Therapy Director
As Nature Together’s program director at Body Positive Works, Gina Paolozzi brings a unique blend of expertise and genuine passion to every outdoor experience.
A certified nature therapy practitioner and forest bathing guide, she combines her background in special education with deep nature connection to create inclusive, transformative experiences for all participants.
Gina’s journey is rooted in both professional expertise and personal experience.
As a mom of two little girls, she understands firsthand the transformative power of nature in family life. Her extensive background includes:

Children's Yoga Director
As Nature Together’s Children’s Yoga Director, Paula Rocca brings a unique balance of educational expertise, yoga wisdom, and maternal insight to every mindful movement session.
A certified children’s yoga instructor with advanced degrees in education, she seamlessly blends developmental knowledge with mindfulness practices to create engaging, nurturing experiences for children and families. Paula’s approach is grounded in both professional training and personal experience.
As a working mother of two young children and dedicated yoga practitioner, she understands the challenges and joys of introducing mindful movement into family life. Her extensive background includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Child Development
- Master's degree in Education specializing in Special Education and Literacy
- Children's yoga instructor certification

What should we bring to sessions?
Basic essentials include:
- Weather-appropriate clothing and footwear
- Baby carrier and/or stroller
- Water bottle
- Small blanket or mat
- Bug spray and sunscreen (seasonal) A detailed packing list will be provided after registration.
Do we need prior outdoor experience?
Not at all! Our programs are designed for all experience levels. We provide gentle guidance and modifications to ensure everyone feels comfortable and included.
Where do the sessions take place?
All Nature Together classes take place outdoors at Body Positive Works in Saddle River. Classes are not held at different locations – they all occur right here at our 96 East Allendale Road facility.
What if my child has special needs?
We welcome children of all abilities! Our guide Gina has extensive experience in special education and will work with you to ensure activities are adapted appropriately for your child’s needs.
What happens if it rains?
Nature Together programs are rain or shine! If it rains, we simply move inside our building where the class is adapted for an indoor experience that maintains the nature connection theme. Your session will never be canceled due to weather.
